Clover Highlands

Welcome to the online presence for the Clover Highlands community, a gorgeous neighborhood in State College, Pennsylvania. We are located very close to the University Park campus of The Pennsylvania State University and adjacent to both Spring Creek Park and the Millbrook Marsh Nature Center. 

Due to the neighborhood’s proximity to Penn State, many of our residents are employed by or involved in other ways with the university. State College and the Centre County region offer a great variety of activities to take part in and the area is certainly family friendly.
